BIG NEWS!
I’d like to announce my brand-new webshop on Ko-fi! Take a look around! I thought it would be a nice project to launch on the first day of Autumn. In my shop you can find zines, buttons, stickers, postcards, and spell bags…
Yes, I’m closing my Bandcamp webshop in a few days! You can still place an order until August 15th so hurry if there’s something you like. The Lavender Witch shop will close as well so be sure to check out our music and merch while you still can.
-> my Echo zines, postcards, witchy bundles, and Lost Luna music
-> Lavender Witch music and merch
After August 15th, the music of Lavender Witch and Lost Luna can still be listened to on Bandcamp but ordering our music (digital/CD), zine bundles, or merch will no longer be possible there. You can however always contact me in person to buy any of my zines, postcards, buttons, the Lavender Witch CD, and more.
I plan to start a new webshop for my zines soon but in the meantime you can email me to place an order (or suggest a trade).
Huge thanks to everyone who has supported my zine project, my solo project, and my band over the years in whichever way! You’re amazing! β€
Hi! Welcome to another International Zine Month (IZM) update! I hope you’re coping well with whatever the season is bringing, whether it’s heat waves or snow storms. Be sure to make some time for resting and reading zines. π In this blogpost I’m showing you my button machine and my #witchyjournalchallenge pages, reorganising my zine shelves, brainstorming for new projects, and inviting you to create zines together!

Hi there! Did you already know I have a Bandcamp shop? You can find it here. In that shop I’m selling zines, postcards, embroideries, and buttons as well as music. Most of them come in bundles but if you want to order specific things separately, let me know via email. In my “blog catalogues” can find all zines, postcards, and other merch I still have available. Excellent for gifts for yourself and others!*
I’m currently brainstorming for more zines and merch and will add a new postcard to my catalogue some time next year. Keep an eye on this blog… π
*Unfortunately I can’t promise that anything you order now will arrive on time for the winter holidays!
To do something special for December’s Bandcamp Friday, I assembled two new bundles! These zine/postcard bundles are now available in my Bandcamp webshop.
Self-care bundle
Feminist activism bundle
HOW TO ORDER?
These bundles are only available in my Bandcamp webshop. Go to the shop to place an order.
(PS. I can’t promise that they will arrive on time for the winter holidays!)
I almost forgot but today is another Bandcamp Friday which means that Bandcamp.com doesn’t charge any fees to the bands and artists who use the platform and they get to keep their own profit.
I have a Bandcamp webshop to which you can visit here. I sell zine bundles, buttons, postcards, and music by Lost Luna in my shop. Take a look!
I hope to add some more bundles and other creations soon, maybe for the next Bandcamp Friday?
To have or not to have a webshop…
Today’s International Zine Month prompt is about online zine shops so I’m going to present you mine even though I have been hesitant to start one up:
“Buy direct! Do you sell your zines online? Update your shop and post a link to it online so people can get your zines directly from you. Donβt have a zine? Buy directly from someone who posts a link to their shop.”
A while ago I wrote an article on this blog (and in my zine Same Heartbeats #15) about why I didn’t want to set up a webshop for my zines. In short, I prefer readers to email or message me directly to order my zines instead of paying extra fees to the likes of Etsy & co. I might also find it more stressful to keep up with orders (in case there would be a lot more traffic) and I enjoy the more personal and slightly slower element of emails and messages. No offense to anyone who does sell zines through Etsy or other webshops though, I do recognise its advantages and use them as a customer.
A little after I wrote that article, I made a Bandcamp page to share the music of my solo music project Lost Luna. And then I thought: “why not give this online zine shop thing a try?”. So now you can buy a few zine/postcard bundles in my Bandcamp shop! Not every individual zine though because I’ve made so many and because I don’t want to charge more for them to cover the extra fees but there are now options for people who prefer to buy zines this way.
So anyway, if you want to buy my zines, you can still email me but you can also check what I have available in my small but growing webshop…
Check my shops:
Hello and happy Bandcamp day! Today, like all first Fridays of the month in 2020, Bandcamp gives their share of the sales to the artists and bands. So I thought, why not add some zines to the Lost Luna / Echo Zines webshop on Bandcamp?
You can now buy a set of 13 postcards (all postcards I’ve made so far) and a bundle of 5 Same Heartbeats zines (issues #13-17) in my Bandcamp shop.
I know I’ve written before about why I hesitated about opening a webshop for my zines but this way I have both options available: it’s possible to buy any zines and postcards by contacting me via email or facebook message OR you can buy postcard and zine bundles on Bandcamp. The choice is yours!
Because Bandcamp is mostly targeted at bands and musicians, I’ll use it for Lost Luna music and merch too. More news of Lost Luna soooooon… For now, take a look at the webshop! β€
Just in time for the holidays, I have two new postcards available. Each postcard costs 1 euro (+ postage). Mail me to place an order.
In an earlier post, I shared some ideas of things I’m making and selling for the holiday season. Take a look to see if there’s anything there you might be interested in. It includes zines, postcards, and the album of my band Lavender Witch.

I recently went to Swansea Zine Fest in Wales followed by a short trip to Bristol and I would like to share some photos of my trip:

Swansea is situated – you guessed it- by the sea, so I had a nice long walk along the beach there on the evening of my arrival.
The zine fest was amazing with a big focus on perzines and zines made by queers and women. I had the chance to complete some of the perzine series that I’ve been enjoying in the past and also sold (and especially traded) quite well at my own zine table. I went home with a huge stash of fresh reading materials…
